Creating Great Bowel Movements 06/13/2011
To create great bowel movements: 1. Hydrate. Consume ½ your body weight in ounces of water each day. 2. Healthy oils. Take healthy oils into your body by drizzling over food and adding to shakes, take in 1-3 Tbsp per day depending on the size of the individual. (See healthy oil handout.) Consider supplementing with OmegaGuard and GLA Complex. 3. Fiber. Take in 25-40 grams of fiber each day depending on the size of the individual. (See fiber sources handout for suggestions. Consider Shaklee Fiber Plan.) 4. Movement. a. Regular exercise b. Normalize peristalsis. Shaklee Herb-Lax is very helpful for this. (See instructions for use.) For decreasing hemorrhoid size, use topical shark liver oil. It’s not a popular solution for the environmentalists or the sharks, but it works wonders!
