Coconut Nut-butter Protein Balls 08/01/2011
½ cup cashew butter, almond butter and/or macadamia nut butter ½ cup coconut butter 1 cup Shaklee Energizing Soy Protein powder (any flavor), or Cinch shake mix. ½ cup honey or ½ cup agave nectar If desired, you may add sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and/or dried fruit (chopped apricots, dates, cranberries, etc). Use approx ¼ to 1/3 cup. Mix together. If the mix is too loose, add more protein powder. If it seems too dry add more coconut butter or 1-2 Tbsp of almond milk or water. Form into balls and roll them in baking cocoa, cinnamon, sesame seeds or chopped nuts. Keep them in the refrigerator or freezer. 2-3 balls plus a cup of water is a very healthy, nutritious and delicious snack. Add Comment High Protein Recipies 12/08/2009
