 There has a great deal of very promising scientific research surrounding the use of resveratrol, ellagic acid, and other plant components during chemotherapy and radiation treatments. But due to their powerful antioxidant activity there is concern how the use of polyphenols will impact treatment. The decision to use resveratrol and polyphenol blends such as Vivix during cancer treatment is a decision that should be made between the individual and their physician.
