1. Hydrate. Consume ½ your body weight in ounces of water each day.
2. Healthy oils. Take healthy oils into your body by drizzling over food and adding to shakes, take in 1-3 Tbsp per day depending on the size of the individual. (See healthy oil handout.) Consider supplementing with OmegaGuard and GLA Complex.
3. Fiber. Take in 25-40 grams of fiber each day depending on the size of the individual. (See fiber sources handout for suggestions. Consider Shaklee Fiber Plan.)

b. Normalize peristalsis. Shaklee Herb-Lax is very helpful for this. (See instructions for use.)
For decreasing hemorrhoid size, use topical shark liver oil. It’s not a popular solution for the environmentalists or the sharks, but it works wonders! To help reduce the occurrence of problems with hemorrhoids, maintain healthy bowel movements (see above).
