Payment and Cancellation Policies For Private Consultations
With the scheduling of your initial consultation, we require a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance and future payments are due at the time services are rendered.
Payment is required prior to shipping products. We do accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
WISH provides educational services only. Because of this, we do not work with any type of insurance companies. However, some insurance carriers do cover certain types of educational services (counseling in nutrition, weight loss, etc.). Please check with your carrier to see if your needs are covered.
Our commitment at WISH is to serve you, our client, with professionalism and confidentiality. In conducting our business, records are created regarding you and the services we provided for you. We are dedicated to maintaining the privacy of this information.
During the course of serving your interests, it may be necessary to share information with other providers or associates.
The following are examples of instances where information may be shared:
In order to best serve you, we may need to use your record in the process of gathering additional information from previous or current healthcare providers and/or obtaining a
additional information from one or more of the scientists or specialists with which we partner. Should this happen, the shared results will not have any name, address or any information that may be used to identify you. Only test results, age, height, weight, and/or sex are shared as these data are necessary for accurate biochemical analyses to be completed.
For payment purposes, we use your record to create invoices as is appropriate.
We are happy to release your test results to you and to others (health care providers, family, etc.) only per your written request.
At WISH we are committed to your best interest. If any other uses or disclosures than the ones listed above are needed, you will be notified and the information will only be released with your written authorization or that of a legal guardian/parent. This written authorization may be revoked at any time in writing.

We require a 5 business day notice, In order to avoid any cancellation fees for the 2 hour Initial Consultation. For cancellation of follow-up appointments, we require 2 business days notice.
Emergency consultations are provided outside of normal business hours.
